Process of Apply

First Interview and Test from School

In this stage, the Japanese language school conducts an interview and sometimes a basic test to understand your study intention, communication ability, and eligibility. They check whether you are serious about studying in Japan and whether you can follow the course properly.

Selection

If you successfully pass the interview and test, the school officially selects you as a student. You will receive an acceptance or confirmation letter, which means the school is ready to support your application process further.

Documentation

After selection, you need to prepare all required documents such as academic certificates, passport copy, photos, financial documents, and sponsor details. These documents are very important because they prove your background and financial ability to study in Japan.

Apply in Japan Immigration

The school or your consultancy submits your documents to the Japan Immigration Office. They carefully review your application to make sure all information is correct and that you meet the requirements for studying in Japan.

COE Received (Certificate of Eligibility)

If your application is approved, you will receive the COE. This is an official document issued by Japanese immigration that proves you are eligible to enter Japan as a student. Without COE, you cannot apply for a student visa.

Visa Apply

With the COE, you apply for a student visa at the Japanese Embassy in Nepal. You submit your COE, passport, and other required documents. The embassy checks everything and usually issues the visa if all documents are correct.
